A Water system and a Little Boat (Herald Gallery)

The Public Historical center of Current and Contemporary Craftsmanship, in a joint effort with the China Workmanship Gallery, is introducing the display "The Cutting edge and Contemporary Ink Specialty of the Republic of Korea and Individuals' Republic of China" until Feb. 16, 2025.

The show features chosen magnum opuses and current works of ink workmanship from the two countries, organized into four areas — two each for Korea and China. It plans to outline the particular formative ways of ink craftsmanship in the two nations, offering a timetable that spans custom with innovation. Lin FengMian (1900-1991), a prestigious current painter and workmanship teacher, depicted peaceful waterfowl and distinct regular scenes in his ink canvases. His style is portrayed by straightforward lines, intense ink application and musical arrangements. Lin's works convey a significant feeling of internal isolation and a profound worry for his country.

One highlighted piece portrays a little boat encompassed by reeds and two ospreys resting up against one another. This piece emanates striking energy while summoning a profoundly close to home reverberation.
